FAQ

Technical questions or issues? Here you will find the most important solutions explained step by step.

Size & Fit

Technology & Ring

I’m between two ring sizes—which one should I choose?

If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend the larger ring size. The finger circumference can change slightly throughout the day due to temperature, movement, or fluid retention. The important thing is that the ring still fits securely and does not constantly rotate on the finger.

My ring fits differently in the morning than in the evening – is that normal?

Yes. Your finger circumference can change slightly throughout the day. Heat, exercise, fluid intake, or sleep can cause the ring to fit tighter or looser at times. Therefore, minor changes are completely normal.

The ring spins on your finger—is it too big?

Slight rotation may occur. However, if the ring moves very loosely or the sensors regularly lose contact with the skin, a smaller size may be more suitable.

The ring leaves a mark – is it too tight?

A slight indentation after prolonged wear can be normal. However, the ring should not press uncomfortably, cause pain, or restrict the finger's freedom of movement. In this case, we recommend trying a larger ring size.

I can't connect my ring via Bluetooth

Follow the instructions below, which may help you resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

2. Make sure to remove the thin film from the charging point contact surface before charging for the first time. If the ring is charging correctly, it will glow green in the charging case.

3. Charge the ring fully for at least 3 hours.

My ring is no longer detected by my smartphone.

In most cases, the connection problem can be quickly resolved in a few steps:

1) Reset the Ring to factory settings in the system settings
2) Uninstall the app
3) Restart your smartphone
4) Download and install the app again
5) Reconnect the Ring via the app

Important additional step:
6) If the Ring is displayed in the app but no connection is established, please open the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone, locate the Ring there, and select “Ignore” or “Remove device”. Then reconnect the Ring via our app.

This step is particularly important, as conflicts between the app and Bluetooth can occasionally occur.

My data is not being captured correctly or contains discrepancies.

Make sure your ring is snug and positioned correctly on your finger, as sliding back and forth can lead to inaccurate measurements.

We recommend wearing the ring on your non-dominant hand. If you are right-handed, wear the ring on your left hand, and vice versa.

If the problem persists, please try the following method to calibrate the heart rate sensor:

- Open the 'Heart Rate/Pulse' view in the app and tap the three dots in the top right corner.

- Select 'Wear Calibration' and follow the instructions in the app.

After calibration, all measurements should be more accurate.

Why does my battery only last a few days or not charge properly?

In most cases, shorter battery life or seemingly incomplete charging is related to usage or settings and can be quickly resolved.

Please make sure that the Ring remains on the charger for at least 3 hours for a full charge. Even if 100% is already displayed, it is important to fully observe the charging time so that the battery capacity can be optimally utilized.

For longer battery life, you can additionally:

  • deactivate unnecessary automatic measurements
  • reduce the measurement intervals in the app

In our experience, these small adjustments already ensure significantly better battery performance.

My Ring isn't charging properly or already shows 100% – what should I do?

Even if the app or the ring already shows a 100% charge, the ring should be charged continuously for at least 3 hours during every charging session. This ensures that the battery capacity can be fully utilized.

Also make sure that the ring is positioned correctly on the charging station and that the charging contacts are clean and dry.

My ring has scratches or discoloration – is that normal?

Light scratches and signs of wear can occur with a piece of jewelry worn daily and do not automatically constitute a technical defect.

To protect the surface for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding direct contact with metal, weights, tools, or rough surfaces. Clean the ring regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
