You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods or took possession of them.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (b-ecom force GmbH, info@fitorb.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, e.g. by letter or email.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our online withdrawal function. You can find this via the "Withdraw from contract" link in the footer of our online shop. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an email confirmation of receipt with information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Under a contract of purchase, the buyer is obliged to pay for and accept the ordered goods. Refusal to accept the goods does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods without having previously withdrawn from the contract, they fail to fulfill their obligations under the contract of purchase and are liable for damages. If, upon refusal of acceptance, the order is not returned to our company address, damages in the full amount of the purchase price will arise.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund under any circumstances. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. A refund is excluded if the product shows signs of use or damage.

In the event of a full return of products, including free items, the free items must also be returned. This ensures that the entire order value can be fully refunded. Please note that the return of the free items is part of our return policy and that we can only grant a refund if the entire order is returned. We are happy to provide you with further information about our return policy and the return process.

Please note that the refund of the purchase price may take up to 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return. Due to an increased volume of returns, there may currently be occasional delays in processing. We ask for your understanding and assure you that every refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
